About Magnesium Salt - Magnesium Chloride

Amazing Oils Magnesium Flakes are pure, organically sourced Magnesium Chloride flakes, from the pristine salt lakes of Australia. Taking a warm bath in magnesium flakes is an efficient way to help the body to absorb magnesium. An adequate intake of magnesium has a beneficial effect on sleep, tight muscles and cramping.

 

Directions Add 1-2 tablespoons to your bath. Bathe for 20-30 minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of water.
